I am still waiting for my debit and credit cards, which were sent to Kuryenet by İş Bankası on December 9 and December 12. They have not yet arrived. After waiting for several days, I'm disappointed to see that there has been no movement in the delivery process. This situation has led to considerable hassle and interrupted my everyday transactions. I kindly ask for the prompt and secure delivery of my cards. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope Kuryenet can improve their delivery process and prioritise customer satisfaction. The hold-up in this crucial matter is utterly intolerable, and I strongly call for prompt action to address the situation.
