I waited 20 minutes to receive my order at Popeyes located in Fethiye Erasta Mall. I was told that there was no garlic mayonnaise or Chipotle sauce. There was no friendliness or concern for customer satisfaction at all. The 20-piece nugget menu I received had no flavor whatsoever—it was just plain chicken. When I explained the situation to the staff in charge, all they said was “You’re right.” They didn’t even bother to lift their shoulders at the counter. This was the worst Popeyes experience I’ve ever had in my life.
