Trendyol Didn't Deliver My Food And Didn't Give Me A Refund

I ordered a 20-piece Nugget Menu from Popeyes via the Trendyol GO app. After waiting for about an hour, I decided to check the app. When I checked, I saw that my meal had been delivered 30 minutes ago. I checked both in front of the apartment and my door, but couldn't find the food. After that, I contacted customer support. They told me that the courier and the support center had called me 7 times but couldn't reach me (my phone is open to second calls), so the courier left my order there. When I mentioned that my order didn't arrive at my home, they didn't help me and stated they wouldn't issue a refund. It's really disturbing that such a large company finds it appropriate not to refund customers they've inconvenienced. I will never order anything again from either Trendyol or Trendyol GO.
