KFC Mobile Order No Delivery - "Forbidden Region" Error

On March 1, 2024, I placed an online purchase through the KFC Mobile App, but it never arrived. The courier contacted and stated, "I can't deliver to that region since it's forbidden. You have to call KFC to cancel your order." I wondered why no one from the branch or customer service contacted me, especially since the app creates orders based on location. They responded, "You're correct; it's not your fault. We are obliged to make calls. You need to contact us. However, KFC Customer Service does not answer their phones. I received no answer despite two attempts to contact KFC via the "Contact Us" feature of the mobile app. Seeing personally the complaints I've read on social media about orders not being delivered and funds not being reimbursed has been frustrating. It's awful to see my favorite fast-food restaurant, KFC, in this state. I'm not sure whether the problem is caused by them or if they're being sabotaged. I filed a dispute with my bank over the charges. If they do not contact me promptly, I will push the issue to the Arbitration Committee, Consumer Rights Authority (CİMER), or court if required. A precedent-setting verdict would be advantageous to everyone.
Dear Customer, We have received your complaint, and it has been shared with the relevant departments. For all other suggestions and requests, you can reach us through our customer service or via our website. Sincerely, KFC Customer Service
I hope you have a "relevant" relevant department...
