Today at around 10:00 p.m., while playing BDG Winning Game on my mobile phone with both mobile data and my home Wi‑Fi, I suddenly received the error message “Error: 116 – User has been locked” on the login screen and I have not been able to access my account since then. My account was locked without any explanation or warning, and I do not know the reason. I want my account to be checked urgently and my access to be restored. My registered phone number on the game is 9656268666. I kindly request that my account be unlocked as soon as possible and that I be informed about the reason why my account was locked.
