Popeyes Missing Order NEVER REFUNDED
I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding an unresolved issue with my order from the Popeyes location at 4919 Airline Dr, Houston, Texas 77022. On January 4, 2025, I placed an order of approximately $100, paid by debit card, which I never received. The only reference I have is the number 61, and I also have a screenshot of the receipt for this purchase. After realizing that my order was missing, I reached out to the store and was told to contact corporate. Since then, I have used your app to create multiple tickets and was repeatedly assured that someone would respond within 24–48 hours. However, more than a month has passed, and I have not received any response or support from your team. This complete lack of communication and follow-up has made this the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Because I felt there was no other way to get this resolved, I also filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding this matter. I have been patient and followed all the proper channels, yet my case has been ignored, and my payment for an undelivered order remains unresolved. I request that this issue be addressed immediately and that I be provided with a full refund for the order I never received. I ask that you review my case, including the order reference and receipt screenshot, and contact me as soon as possible to finally resolve this situation.
