Poor Customer Service and No Way to Cancel Orders at Popeyes

I attempted to place an order at Akasya Popeyes on 03/10/2023 at 19:24. Due to the crowd, they completely ignored me and provided inaccurate information. When I tried to place an order, they declined, citing a lengthy wait time. They eventually agreed to take our order, but they rushed through it without asking any questions. We wanted to increase the size of our menu after we ordered, but they said it couldn't be done because the order had already been placed. When we attempted to cancel the order, we were told that it couldn't be done because of lengthy processes. We had no idea what we were consuming. It's unbelievable that they can't cancel an order legally. The service was truly appalling. This was the first time I'd had an incident with Popeyes.
