Payment Issue and Disrespectful Service at Popeyes

On Tuesday, October 8, I placed an order at Popeyes, but the POS machine malfunctioned during payment. I waited at the register for about 10 minutes, but I was running out of time as my break was ending. To make matters worse, my Multinet account was charged, and the blonde cashier assured me that the money would be refunded. Despite this, when I asked to receive my order, she told me to get back in line. I was already inconvenienced, and they didn’t offer any solution or apology. The cashier even yelled at me, and the manager, with the same attitude, told me to rejoin the line. I waited for nothing and was treated very rudely. I’ll never buy from there again – service is slow, and the staff is disrespectful, laughing and talking amongst themselves while ignoring customers. As a fellow employee, I find their behavior completely unprofessional.
