Fortnite Ranked Cup Results Missing Our Team Despite 150 Points
Today, during the Duos Ranked Cup tournament we participated in through PlayStation on Fortnite, we encountered a serious ranking issue. By the time we finished our matches, we had accumulated a total of 150 points — yet when the tournament ended, neither my name nor my teammate's appeared anywhere on the overall leaderboard.
My Fortnite username is Filnecati 78, and my teammate's is keloglangulduren. We both played from the same device in the same tournament, and neither of us shows up in the rankings. Despite clearly seeing our points at the end of each match, we have been completely ignored in the tournament standings.
I am requesting that the tournament results be corrected, that our points be properly recorded in the system, and that the ranking we earned be officially credited to our team.
