Unable to Trade or Transfer My Coins on Poloniex for Months

I’ve been using Poloniex for about 5-6 months, but recently, I was informed that the coin I’ve been trading is temporarily unavailable for transactions. I’ve contacted customer support multiple times, and each time they told me the issue would be fixed soon. However, it still hasn’t been resolved, and I’m unable to transfer my coins either.

Poloniex has caused me significant frustration, and I want this issue resolved immediately. I need access to my funds and for my situation to be addressed.
