XLM Withdrawal Pending for Months, No Support From Poloniex Exchange

I've been trying to withdraw XLM from my Poloniex account for months, but the transaction is still pending. I've reached out to customer service several times, but unfortunately, they haven't been very responsive or helpful. They went ahead and blocked me from their Telegram channels.

Poloniex has also disabled withdrawals, so I can't get to my money. I lost my money because the transaction I was waiting for took too long. I can't find them anywhere in my Poloniex account or the wallet I was trying to withdraw them to.

I want Poloniex to refund my money right away. It's obvious that Poloniex made an error and subsequently penalized their customers for it. I really hope justice is served and I can get my money back.
