Pointsbet Demanding More Money Before Releasing Winnings

I placed a bet on the Pointsbet website, but I haven’t received my winnings. My balance is still visible in my account, yet the site is demanding $410 from me before allowing a withdrawal.

This makes no sense — I already have sufficient funds in my account, and any required amount could simply be deducted from that balance. I played using a bonus and had originally deposited $72.

Now, I cannot access my account at all, and I am unable to withdraw my $720 that is still in the account.

I urgently request assistance in resolving this issue, the return of my balance, and an investigation into why I’m being asked to pay additional money to receive funds that are already mine.
