I received an SMS trial offer from Sportsbet and decided to try it. After placing a few bets, I won around $10. When I contacted live support, they told me I needed to wager $400 before I could withdraw. After completing the wagering requirement, my balance dropped to around $90, and I submitted a withdrawal request for $80.
However, my withdrawal was suddenly canceled. When I contacted support again, I was told that my account was deemed ineligible and therefore my withdrawal request had been rejected. This is unacceptable.
How can a platform confiscate a user’s legitimate winnings after letting them play and meet all requirements? Sportsbet took my $80 balance without justification and failed to provide any explanation.
