Point Blank Lags, Constant Cheats, and Money Goes Down the Drain in the End

I'm fed up with Point Blank; it's an awful game. Every day, there are constant cheats, game freezes, lag in both players and rooms, and our hard-earned in-game currency is going to waste. We spend real money to buy features that we can't use, getting frustrated and exiting the game. Hacking is rampant every day, in every room, and there are server problems daily. Enough is enough; there should be an IP ban for cheaters. We can't find any moderators or game masters for help. Nfinity Games, the developer, needs to find solutions to these ongoing problems and cheats. We're tired of these issues and still love the game, but the constant problems and cheats are ruining our experience every single day.
