Point Blank Account Banned Unfairly After Game Disruptions

After taking a break, I recently returned to playing Point Blank, a game I've enjoyed for many years. On December 20, 2023, I started playing again, and until December 26, 2023, at 01:37, I was actively engaged in the game. However, during this period, the game experienced frequent disruptions, often leading to unexpected closures. I had also loaded credits into the game, only to find out that my character was banned despite not engaging in any cheating activities. Not only did I lose the money I loaded into the game, but my character was unfairly banned indefinitely. This experience has been a complete letdown for me.
