Xiaomi Poco x3 Pro Service Fiasco

On February 15, 2023, I returned my Xiaomi Poco x3 Pro to Genpa Kadıköy/Hasanpaşa service. When I asked for a replacement phone, I was told it was out of stock and that no replacement phone would be provided. It's not my problem whether or not they have a phone in stock; I believe they should, and today is the 22nd day with no response. I've been requesting a phone replacement for days and have received no response; I haven't had a phone for 27 days today. Despite my desire to speed up the process, one step has yet to be completed. I'm hoping to hear back from Xiaomi and Genpa on this as soon as possible. I want a new phone and the cost of the repair reimbursed.
