Apple iPhone 13 Pro Repair Gone Terribly Wrong

I contacted Apple Support regarding my iPhone 13 Pro issues, including muffled sound, crackling noises, and erratic volume changes through the Top Speaker. They advised me to send it to Genpa Etiler Central Service for repairs. Since I figured I might as well, I requested a paid battery replacement, considering the battery health was at 86% with 500 full cycles. I paid 2836 tl for the battery replacement and had Apple's representative forward the request to the service center. Twelve agonizing workdays later, I received my device via courier. To my dismay, it appeared as though they'd sent it to some random repair shop in Tahtakale rather than Genpa. The screen was poorly attached, and the speaker issue remained unaddressed. Apple's response was shockingly dismissive. They told me to accept whatever the service center did and claimed they couldn't intervene. Despite providing videos and evidence, they stuck to their stance. This experience has been an unprecedented nightmare. Apple seems to have drastically changed its approach in Turkey, with poorly trained service centers and disinterested support staff. I'm left chasing them to fix a situation that's truly disheartening for this country.
