We invested a significant amount in the Poco F5 device, focusing on its case and screen features, which I bought from Hepsiburada on 16.07.2023. However, after only 4-5 months of usage, the screen resembles a map, and the back case is showing signs of wear. It's disheartening to encounter such a basic issue with a product in this price range. Over the years, I've used various devices, including the discontinued HTC Desire 20 Pro for about 3 years. I switched to the Poco F5 due to a lack of updates on the previous model.
Honestly, I was saddened to see this device, which endured years of pocket use without a case and remained flawless despite gaming activities, exhibit such issues within a year. Hairline scratches, especially when the screen is closed, are bothersome. Turning the device around reveals white corners, signaling a significant problem. This aspect of the device is a major letdown, considering the substantial amount paid. While they might attribute it to user error, I have no specific expectations. Nevertheless, I want to provide this information in advance for potential buyers who might find it useful.
