I Faced Screen and Touch Issues on My Honor 200, Hepsiburada Warranty Failed Me
I purchased the Honor 200 smartphone from the official Hepsiburada seller store. Unfortunately, just two months after my purchase, the screen developed a hairline crack while the phone was in my pocket. I initially didn’t make a big deal out of it, as the crack was minor, and I intended to continue using the phone. However, the touchscreen also stopped working shortly after.
I sent the device to the authorized service center, expecting a warranty repair. To my shock, they demanded a repair fee that’s nearly half the cost of the phone itself. What is the point of offering a warranty if it doesn’t cover such issues?
This is unacceptable for a product under warranty and from a reputable platform like Hepsiburada. I demand that the necessary repairs be completed under warranty and that my fully functioning device be returned to me as soon as possible. Please take immediate responsibility and offer a resolution.
