Bought Poco F5 Pro 512GB, Camera Keeps Shaking in Low Light

I purchased my Poco F5 Pro 512 GB smartphone from an online store. Since the very first day of use, I’ve been experiencing camera issues during video recording, especially in night shots, where the footage shows noticeable shaking and frame shifts. This problem occurs consistently across nearly all video recordings.
I previously contacted customer service and submitted visual examples of the issue. However, after reviewing the videos, they claimed not to see any problem and requested that I send the device in for inspection. My device’s warranty expires in one month, and I’m seeking a prompt resolution before that deadline.
I request that my device be repaired or, if necessary, replaced under warranty. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved quickly and efficiently within the warranty period.
