I Face Poco X6 Pro TikTok Freezing And Crashing Constantly After 3 Months

I’ve been using the Poco X6 Pro (512 GB / 12 GB RAM) for about three months, and during this time, I’ve been experiencing serious issues specifically with the TikTok app. The app constantly freezes, fails to load videos, and crashes on its own. These problems occur only on TikTok — all my other apps work perfectly fine.

To fix the issue, I’ve deleted and reinstalled TikTok multiple times, cleared the cache, and even reset my phone to factory settings five different times, but nothing has worked. Since my phone is an imported model, it doesn’t have a warranty, and I live in Istanbul, where the problem has become extremely frustrating.

I expect Poco to address this issue as soon as possible. The company should release a software update or provide another permanent solution to fix the freezing and crashing problem on TikTok once and for all.
