Enpara Blocked My Account Without Explanation and I Cannot Access My Money
On June 18, 2026, access to my Enpara account was suddenly restricted without any explanation, and I have been unable to use my account ever since. There is approximately $250 in my account, and because of the restriction, I cannot access or use my own money.
I have been left in a difficult situation without any clear notification, specific reason, or meaningful explanation for why this action was taken. I have spent the last two days trying to resolve this issue. Despite calling multiple times, I have not received any concrete information about the process and feel that I am only being given vague responses rather than real answers.
I have been forced to chase access to my own funds, and the situation has become financially overwhelming. I currently have bills to pay, I am struggling to afford basic daily expenses, and I cannot even put fuel in my vehicle to travel to work. As a result, I have been left in a very difficult position due to the inability to access the money in my account.
