My Pocket Option account was unfairly banned without any explanation, and I have been unable to reach customer support for over 3 days. Despite several attempts to contact them by email, I have received no reply. When I tried to reach out through Telegram, the account PocketOption_1 blocked me, leaving me with no way to get assistance.
I am not even asking for my profits—I only want the refund of my initial deposit. It is completely unfair to block my account without reason and refuse to return my own money.
Pocket Option, I request that you resolve this issue immediately. I demand an urgent response and the refund of my deposit as soon as possible.
