While I’ve successfully purchased games from this platform before, this experience has been deeply frustrating. The payment was processed, as shown in the attached receipt, yet I never received the activation code for the game.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I have not been provided with the product I paid for. I expect Playstore.com to deliver the activation code immediately or provide a full refund.
