Paid for RDR2 on Playstore.com, Activation Code Not Delivered

I recently purchased Red Dead Redemption 2 (RDR2) from Playstore.com, a Türk Telekom subsidiary. While I’ve successfully purchased games from this platform before, this experience has been deeply frustrating. The payment was processed, as shown in the attached receipt, yet I never received the activation code for the game.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I have not been provided with the product I paid for. I expect Playstore.com to deliver the activation code immediately or provide a full refund.
This situation has caused unnecessary inconvenience and eroded my trust in the platform. I urge Playstore.com to address this issue promptly and ensure better service for customers in the future.
