Unauthorized PUBG Purchases Charged to My Türk Telekom Bill – No Refund

Even though I have no connection to PUBG, I was charged for three separate purchases through the PUBG app, and the total amount was billed to my Türk Telekom account without my consent.

After researching, I found many similar complaints, most of them involving Türk Telekom. Why is Türk Telekom allowing unauthorized charges through third-party apps? I have to pay thousands of lira for purchases I never made, and getting a refund is made unnecessarily difficult.

Türk Telekom, refund my money immediately! I have been a loyal customer for years, yet you take payments instantly but refuse to help when fraud occurs. This is completely unfair—cover my losses and fix this issue now!
