Turkcell Pasaj Google Play Code Not Working – No Resolution After Months
I purchased a 100 TL Google Play balance from Turkcell Pasaj, but the code doesn’t work. When I try to redeem it on my Google Play account, it keeps showing the message "We need more information." Despite sending the invoice, text messages, and all required details via email, the issue remains unresolved.
It’s been months, and I’m still waiting for a solution. This delay and lack of support are unacceptable. I paid for a service and expect it to work without this level of hassle. Turkcell needs to either provide a new working code or refund my money immediately. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of progress on this issue.
