On October 13, 2025, two unauthorized transactions were made on my credit card — one for $25 (729.99 TRY) and another for $16 (454.99 TRY). In my card activity, these charges appear under the description “GB”, but I have never used or signed up for any product or service through Helppay.
As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted my bank (QNB Finansbank) and canceled my card to prevent further unauthorized charges. I was told that the refund process would begin, yet no refund has been received so far.
These payments were made entirely without my knowledge or consent, and I consider them fraudulent transactions. I demand that Helppay immediately refund the total amount withdrawn from my account and provide a clear explanation for how such charges occurred without authorization.
