Pdfguru Charged Me $49 Without Permission
On November 19, 2025, $49 was withdrawn from my QNB Finansbank account by Pdfguru without my knowledge or permission. Previously, I had only made a one-time payment of $1 to add text to a PDF. I never requested any subscription afterward. Despite this, Pdfguru started a subscription without my approval and charged my account.
I made the initial payment on my computer. If any subscription was created without my consent, I want it canceled immediately. I contacted customer support, but no solution was offered. Additionally, the website does not use a 3D Secure payment system, which allows these unauthorized transactions to occur easily.
I request a full refund of the amount charged as soon as possible. If the refund is not processed or if any further unauthorized transactions are made using my information, I will file a criminal complaint. I will also take action regarding QNB Finansbank’s failure to send security codes for such unsafe websites. I expect my issue to be resolved as quickly as possible.
