Poor Customer Service, My Brand New Pierre Cardin Pants Were Ripped
I recently went to the Pierre Cardin Torium store and was disappointed to find that one of the things I bought had a torn knee, even though I had only bought it a month before. I've bought Pierre Cardin products for years and have always liked them, but this was the first time I had a problem with one. When I sent the torn pants to be looked at, I was told that I was to blame for the damage. This answer made me feel like I'd gotten bad customer service. I used to tell other people to check out Pierre Cardin, but now I wish I hadn't. It's annoying that I can't shop when it's like this. As a loyal customer, I expect to be treated better and have my concerns addressed quickly. I hope Pierre Cardin can fix this problem and keep its good name as a trustworthy brand.
