After One Wash, the Color Faded on My Pierre Cardin Pants
Pierre Cardin sold me two pairs of pants. Unfortunately, both pairs' colors faded after the first wash. I returned them, but they were denied due to user error. I wore each pair only once and washed them according to the care instructions. When I contacted them, they insisted it was my fault. It's perplexing that a high-quality pair of pants would show stripes and color fade after just one wash. The color of the fabric has literally vanished, leaving behind visible lines resembling a highway. The pants were originally brown but have now been transformed into a cream color. This is the first time I've had such problems with pants. The dissatisfaction is heightened by the high price of 1275 tl that I paid.
