Two months after purchasing a Calvin Klein t-shirt from Boyner, I noticed that the color had significantly faded from the middle to the bottom. It's disheartening to invest 1500 TL in a premium t-shirt only to find it looking worn out after such a short period. Throughout this time, I washed the t-shirt twice, following the care instructions and using products suitable for its color, such as Adidas and Nike items. These other garments, which I've owned for 2-3 years, still look brand new. In an attempt to address this issue, I sent the t-shirt for warranty evaluation. However, I received a response stating that the problem was due to user error, and they returned the t-shirt to me. I will provide additional documentation to support my case. This experience has been rather disappointing, considering the investment made in this supposedly high-quality product.

Despite all this time passing, no one has responded. I will now apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I will share the outcome again. For consumers to evaluate the brand's interest and responsibility.
