PicsArt Charged Me After Trial Without Notice, No Refund from Apple
I downloaded the PicsArt app and activated the 1-week free trial just to test it out. I was planning to cancel it as soon as I received a reminder before the trial ended. However, no notification or alert was ever sent to me. Without my knowledge or consent, the subscription was renewed, and the charge was added directly to my mobile phone bill.
I tried reaching out to PicsArt, but there is no accessible customer support number or direct contact. Out of frustration, I contacted Apple support to request a refund, but they refused my request.
I never intended to continue with the paid plan, and I didn’t even use the app after the trial. This lack of transparency and poor customer support is completely unacceptable.
I urgently demand a full refund for the amount billed and a resolution to this issue so others won’t be misled in the same way.
