Picmagic Billed My Card Monthly Without Approval

About four months ago, I paid $0.12 USD on the Picmagic website to turn one of my photos into a cartoon. After this transaction, I discovered that beginning in August and continuing through November, $38 USD was withdrawn from my debit card every month — without my approval or knowledge.

The payments were taken from my Garanti BBVA debit card, and I have all related documents such as receipts and account statements. As soon as I noticed the issue, I called my bank to block my card from making new transactions, and I also submitted a dispute request through the Garanti BBVA mobile app. However, I cannot access the Picmagic website anymore — it appears to be shut down — and there is no contact number or support channel I can reach.

I request a full refund of all amounts withdrawn from my account without my consent and ask that my card information be permanently deleted from their system. I want this issue resolved as quickly as possible.
