I created my Pi Network account before getting married, and later, when I changed my last name, my KYC verification was rejected because the last name didn’t match. Despite submitting an appeal, my request was denied again.
Now, my only option is to lose 20% of my Pi and reapply for KYC, but I don’t want to waste all my efforts just because of a name change. This is an unfair system that doesn’t account for real-life changes like marriage.
I urgently need Pi Network to resolve this issue and allow users to update their last names without penalties. I don’t want to lose my earnings over something so simple. Please fix this problem!
