I Got Rejected for Pi Network KYC After Last Name Change from Marriage

I'm extremely frustrated with Pi Network's KYC process. After getting married, my last name changed, and when I attempted to complete my Pi KYC verification, my application was instantly rejected—apparently due to the name mismatch. I understand that identity confirmation is essential, but this situation is common and easily verifiable.
I’ve already submitted an appeal, but nothing has changed. I haven’t received a single response or update. I’m more than willing to send my official marriage certificate to prove the reason for the name change. But I’m being left in limbo with no communication and no resolution.
All I ask is for proper support and a chance to verify my account before it gets flagged or deleted. This needs to be fixed urgently, as I've invested years in this platform. Please resolve this issue and allow KYC for users whose name changes are legitimate and legally documented.
