I Can’t Complete Pi Network KYC Due to Surname Change and Risk Losing All My Coins
I’ve been facing a frustrating KYC verification issue with the Pi Network app for months, and it's all because my surname has changed. I completed every step except one—Step 8 has been stuck in purple status for ages, and I can’t get it to progress. No matter how many times I try, the system doesn’t allow me to update or verify my information properly due to the mismatch caused by my name change.
I’ve spent years mining Pi and building up my points, but now I’m at serious risk of losing everything. The app says I only have 16 days left before my KYC time expires. If this isn’t resolved, all the time and effort I’ve put in for years will go to waste.
I haven’t been able to find any working solution so far, and I’m reaching out to Pi Network for urgent support. You need to allow users to update personal info like surnames for life events. Please resolve this surname change KYC issue immediately so I don’t lose my mined Pi balance.
