PhotoGrid Subscription Still Shows Payment Pending After Cancellation

April 26 12:50 AM6

I started the free trial version of the PhotoGrid application on my iPhone device. After a short time, I decided that I did not want to continue using the subscription and canceled it through Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. At the moment, my subscription status appears as “canceled.” However, underneath it there is still a statement saying that it will renew on March 12, 2027, along with a “payment pending” warning for approximately $40.

Even though I canceled the subscription during the trial period, the possibility that this amount could still be charged from me in the future is making me uncomfortable and concerned. I also contacted Apple Support regarding this issue, but I additionally want the PhotoGrid side to intervene and completely remove any future renewal or payment attempt connected to my account.

I specifically request that the approximately $40 amount never be charged under any circumstances, that my subscription never renew automatically, and that all pending renewal/payment warnings related to my account be completely removed.
