Photogrid Free Trial and Subscription System Is Misleading

May 8 11:10 PM7

While trying to use the “remove with ALL” feature in the Photo Grid application, I clicked on the “free trial” option shown inside the app. However, without any additional confirmation screen, warning, or clear information, approximately $40 was immediately charged to my credit card ending in 3622. I do not find it acceptable that a feature presented as a free trial resulted in an instant payment being charged.

The transaction took place on May 8, 2026 through the Apple App Store, and my Apple ID is registered under k************@icloud.com. Having this amount withdrawn from my card without any proper notification email or transparent approval process caused serious inconvenience and frustration.

I request that the approximately $40 charged for this subscription/feature presented as a free trial be refunded back to my credit card and that the related membership/subscription be canceled immediately. I also ask that this transaction, which was carried out without my clear and informed consent, be investigated and that my situation be resolved as soon as possible.
