PhotoGrid Charges $44 After User Clicks 3-Day Free Trial

On May 22, 2025, a 3-day free trial button appeared in the PhotoGrid photo app, and even though I tapped it, the app immediately started a subscription without asking for confirmation and charged $44 directly to my card. If I cannot actually benefit from a free trial, why is it shown to me at all, or why am I not informed that I won’t be able to use it? I am urgently requesting that the charged amount be refunded to me.
