PhotoGrid Free Trial Turned Into Paid Subscription Without Notice
I used the trial version of the PhotoGrid app on my iOS device. Even though the trial period had ended, an annual subscription fee of $43 was charged to my card on November 24, 2025, without my knowledge or consent. I did not receive any clear or explicit notification about this charge in advance, either within the app or via email.
After this transaction, I did not cancel the subscription myself; however, since I did not approve this payment of my own free will, I consider this charge to be unauthorized. I am requesting that the annual subscription initiated by the PhotoGrid app be canceled and that the $43 charged to my card be refunded to me.
Unauthorized charges made without my consent or prior notice cause serious inconvenience. For this reason, I kindly request that this matter be reviewed promptly and that the refund and cancellation be processed as soon as possible.
