PhotoGrid Starts Paid Subscription After Free Trial Click Without Consent

Document No: 137641592781
Order No: MN0BJN8H05

On April 15, 2024, a free trial button appeared in the PhotoGrid photo app, and even though I tapped it, the app immediately started a subscription without asking for confirmation. $43 was charged directly to my bill. If I cannot actually benefit from a free trial, why is it shown to me in the first place, or why am I not informed that I won’t be able to use it? I am urgently requesting that the charged amount be refunded to me.
