The Missing 'Pause TV' Feature in My Philips 50PUS8507 TV

I'm dissatisfied with my 50" Philips 50PUS8507 TV, which lacks the advertised "Pause TV" feature. Despite being clearly explained on both the Philips TV Turkey website (https://www.philips.com.tr/c-p/50PUS8507_12/8500-series-4k-uhd-led-android-tv) and the User Manual (https://www.documents.philips.com/assets/20230220/8dddeb0cbea9437e9c74afaf00fb61f6.pdf), the feature is missing from the television. I chose the 50" Philips 50PUS8507 TV over other options from leading retailers because I expected this advanced feature. However, when I went to set it up, I discovered that the feature was missing. When I contacted Philips TV Customer Service, they admitted that the feature had been removed from recent models. Despite continuing to promote it, they claimed that it was not available on my model. Consumers are harmed by this practice, especially when purchasing based on technical specifications. It's deceptive to advertise a feature that doesn't exist and then charge a premium for it. To address this issue, I've filed a complaint with the Advertising Standards Board. I hope they correct this situation and provide the promised 'Pause TV' feature on the TV.
