Moving Image Flickering and Noise Problem on Philips Oled 707 Television
On February 24, 2023, I bought a Philips 55oled707 TV at the Istanbul branch after the staff kept telling me how great it was. But since then, I've been very disappointed with how well the TV works. I have problems with noise, stuttering, and shaking when I watch normal broadcasts, Netflix, YouTube.com, and even sports. When I called the service center, they told me the problem wasn't with the TV but with where the broadcast was coming from. But at home, I have a different brand of TV that doesn't have any of these problems. The service center's last suggestion was to change the settings to my liking. This is not a good idea, considering how much I paid for the TV and how well-known the brand is. I don't like how Philips makes big promises and charges high prices, only to let me down with the product and service. It's not right that other users have also had this problem. I expect Philips to find a solution that works for me or send me a new one as soon as possible.
