Philips 77OLED937 was Sold Faulty and Philips Don't Offer a Solution

I purchased the highly-touted Philips 77OLED937 TV, considered top-of-the-line by the brand itself. However, right from the start, an unusual noise emerged from the back when the TV was turned off. Initially, I assumed it might be a cooling process, but the noise persisted even after 12 hours. Interestingly, the sound disappeared when the power cable was disconnected. Philips' local service inspected my TV, expressing surprise as they'd never encountered such an issue despite handling countless Philips TV repairs. My shock deepened when Philips Turkey shared their stance. They refused to replace the product and didn't offer any repair options. I'm dismayed by their lack of accountability and support for a defective product they sold me. As someone who trusted the brand, this is a disappointing revelation. Unfortunately, their customer service in Turkey is far from satisfactory.
