My Philips 58PUS8507 58" 4K Ultra HD TV Gave Out After Just Two Months



I purchased a Philips 58PUS8507 58" 4K Ultra HD Android Smart LED TV from A101 Online Store with Order Number 1298799523371325, and it turned out to be a decision I regret for a lifetime. Currently on the verge of a nervous breakdown, the television malfunctioned just 1-2 months later, leading to a replacement decision by the technical service. However, A101 processed a refund against my will, claiming the product was not in stock.
Despite numerous correspondences and calls, and multiple appeals to the Arbitration Committee, the TV I purchased for ₺17,399 is now priced at ₺45,000 at Teknosa. A101 had refunded me ₺17,399. The Arbitration Committee decided to deliver the same product to me at the initial ₺17,399 price. This raises the question of why such treatment is inflicted on a customer. Did I make a mistake trusting a global brand like Philips through A101? Words won't suffice to express my frustration. I leave all those responsible in the hands of a higher power. Philips failed to uphold their product through their own service, leaving me profoundly disappointed.
