Philips 50PUS8807 TV Fails to Support VRR and ALLM Features

Philips 50PUS8807 TV Fails to Support VRR and ALLM Features
97

I recently purchased a Philips 50PUS8807 TV. Despite connecting my original HDMI 2.1 cable to the TV's first or second HDMI (supporting HDMI 2.1) ports for my PS5, I continue to receive an error message stating that the TV does not support VRR (Variable Refresh Rate) and ALLM (Auto Low Latency Mode) features. The official Philips website (https://www.philips.com.tr/c-p/50PUS8807_62/8800-series-4k-uhd-led-android-tv) states unequivocally that the TV has these features. When I contacted customer service, I was advised to perform a software update and reset the TV's settings, which I dutifully did. However, the problem persists, and I am still unable to use the VRR and ALLM features. This discrepancy irritates me, and I request urgent assistance from Philips representatives to resolve this issue. I hope Philips will respond quickly to this issue and provide the necessary assistance to resolve it.
