Recurring Issues with Philips 55 Inch PM9008 TV

Hello, I bought a Philips 55-inch PM9008 TV from Media Markt at Adana M1 Mall on December 17, 2023. On December 18, 2023, the authorized service set up the TV and left. However, on the same evening, I noticed light leakage, clouding, and stuttering issues, especially during fast scenes, which are extremely bothersome. I immediately contacted the authorized service the next day, reported the problem, and requested them to come and prepare a report. I sent them photos, and they confirmed that the device is faulty and said they would come. However, it's been 6 days, and despite numerous calls, they keep avoiding the issue, saying "maybe today, maybe tomorrow." I want Philips to intervene in this situation. I want to return the product using my legal rights, and I would appreciate your assistance.
