Philips Speed Pro Max Cracked While Cleaning Carpet
We purchased Philips Speed Max Pro Rechargeable hand cleaner in June 2022. The plastic junction part has cracked while my wife cleaning carpet. The 2 authorized reparing service requested different amount for reparing one of 400TL the other 600 TL. They requested money for production defect. This policy is unacceptable. #Philips global is the leader home appliance manufacturer. If Philips do not responsible action. We apply to legal authorities. We weren't expecting this literally I mean we held such a high regard for them, now being left helpless in this situation broke our trust and hearts too if they care.
