Philips Problend HR2228/90 800W Warranty Problem


My Problend HR2228/90 800W stainless steel blender with Crush Technology has a deep crack in the plastic part of the blade container that will actually break the plastic in two. I bought the item from Teknosa in Forum Bornova, Izmir, on April 9, 2022. It came with a two-year guarantee. In the product information, it says that "all removable parts, including the blade, can be washed in the dishwasher." How can a crack in the blade be a problem for the customer when this machine can even crush ice? How can Philips say that the bad quality of the part is the fault of the customer? The container for the blades can be taken off, and I cleaned it the way the package information said to. How does the fact that this part broke have anything to do with the consumer? I bought the item a year ago, and the trouble is still there. Philips also says that the guarantee is good for two years everywhere, but it doesn't cover anything. The way the authorized service and Teknosa act is also unacceptable, and I don't take responsibility for the bad quality of the material and misleading product information. If the material is that sensitive, the information about the device and the user manual should say that the blade container can be washed by hand. I used the tool in the way that was described in the user manual. Please get in touch with me right away so I can get a new part under the insurance to fix my problem. I've sent [email protected] ten emails with my invoice and pictures, but no one has replied. I will never buy anything from Philips again.
