got the Philips HR2228/90 Blender on June 3rd, used it three times, and already ran into a big problem, the blender's blade thingy broke into three pieces and now it's useless. surprised at first but then though the firm would def help me. when contacted customer support about it, the replacement part, they wanted 370 lira. I've totally used blenders before and know what I'm doing. This ain't my first rodeo. But the plastic they used for the blade assembly is like, super crappy. this blender looks pretty tough! I bet it's made of some strong stuff. the Philips HR2228/90 Blender just can't seem to hold up and work well. A product shouldn't fall apart after only being used three times. at least not one that's known to be of highest quality.
